First: General Conditions for Return and Exchange
- Returns or exchanges can be requested within 3 days from the date of receipt of the order.
- The products must be:
- Unused.
- Unopened or sealed.
- In their original condition with full packaging and external boxes.
- A purchase invoice or order number must be attached.
Second: Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used makeup.
- Personal beauty tools (such as: makeup brushes, skin cleaning devices) if packaging has been opened.
- Opened perfumes.
- Any product purchased during "final clearance" offers or marked as non-returnable.
Third: Accepted Return or Exchange Cases
- Receipt of a different product than requested.
- Damage or breakage of the product upon receipt.
- Manufacturing defect in the product.
- Note: If the mistake is proven to be from our side, we bear the full shipping costs.
- If the customer wishes to exchange for personal reasons (such as changing their mind), the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

- After approval:
- Refund will be processed within 7 – 14 working days to the same payment method.
- Replacement product shipping within 2 – 5 working days (depending on the area).

- Beauty Select Store is not responsible for any damage resulting from misuse of products.
- We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not meet the above conditions.
Seventh: International Purchases
- If purchased outside Saudi Arabia:
- Return is possible within 5 days of receipt (instead of 3).
- The customer bears the full international shipping costs (going and returning).
- Replacement is based on availability only.
- International returns may take up to 21 working days depending on the country and shipping company.
- Note: We recommend photographing the product before shipping to prove its condition.
Eighth: Products in Promotions and Discounts
- Products sold during discount offers or promotional packages are not returnable or exchangeable unless:
- A damaged product is received.
- A different product than ordered is received.
